Superior Court Judge #19: Robert Faigan. Robert Faigan is an experienced criminal prosecutor. He currently serves as the Chief Legal Advisor to the Sheriff.

Superior Court Judge #45: Paul Cooper. Paul Cooper started his career prosecuting domestic violence and child abuse cases. He is the Chief Legal Advisor for the San Diego Chief of Police.

United States Congress, District 52: Duncan D. Hunter. I serve as Co-Chair of Captain Duncan D. Hunter's Congressional campaign because I know he has the military experience and deep understanding to address the important challenges facing our nation.

San Diego City Attorney: Judge Jan Goldsmith. Jan Goldsmith will work hard to be an effective, independent city attorney and will never forget that he is accountable to the people of San Diego.

Proposition 98: Vote Yes. This is the only measure on the ballot that will protect homes, churches and business from eminent domain abuse.

Proposition 99: Vote No. This measure leaves Churches and businesses unprotected from eminent domain abuse.
